Magnesium Bisglycinate: 1 tablet with sufficient water, preferably after the meal.
Valerian 500mg: 1 tablet with water during breakfast.
With lunch
Valerian 500mg: 1 tablet with water during lunch.
With the evening meal
Nice Dream Support, Suan Zao Ren Tang: 2 tablets with sufficient water, before or after the meal.
Magnesium Bisglycinate: 1 tablet with sufficient water, preferably after the meal.
Before bedtime, only if your physician approves the combination
Valerian 500mg: 2 tablets with water before bedtime. Your physician may recommend a different dose or intake time, or advise against combining the herbal products.
Daily quantities within this suggested schedule
Nice Dream Support: 4 tablets.
Magnesium Bisglycinate: 2 tablets, providing 300 mg elemental magnesium.
Valerian 500mg: 4 tablets, subject to confirmation of the final label instructions.
Warnings and directions for use
Do not use during pregnancy or breastfeeding. Nice Dream Support contains peanut. Do not use if allergic to any ingredient. Consult your physician or pharmacist before use if taking medication, receiving medical treatment or having kidney disease. Seek advice in particular when taking sleeping tablets, sedatives, antidepressants, anxiety medication or other medicines affecting the central nervous system. Combining Nice Dream Support and valerian may increase drowsiness. Avoid alcohol and do not drive or operate machinery if drowsy. Magnesium may require a separate intake time from certain antibiotics and bisphosphonates; ask your pharmacist for the appropriate interval. Stop valerian at least two weeks before planned surgery and inform your physician about all supplements you use. Stop use if an allergic reaction occurs. Do not exceed the recommended daily doses. Do not use the herbal products continuously for longer than 3 months; consult your physician about an appropriate, potentially shorter duration. Keep out of reach of young children.
