Before bedtime, only if your physician approves the combination
Valerian 500mg: 2 tablets with water before bedtime.

Warnings and directions for use
For adults only. Do not use during pregnancy or breastfeeding. Nice Dream Support contains peanut. Do not use if allergic to any ingredient. Consult your physician or pharmacist before use if taking medication or receiving medical treatment, particularly if you have kidney disease, epilepsy, depression or an autoimmune condition. Seek advice before combining this bundle with sleeping tablets, sedatives, antidepressants, anxiety medication, anticoagulants or other medicines affecting the central nervous system. Magnesium may require a separate intake time from certain antibiotics and bisphosphonates. The combination may increase drowsiness. Avoid alcohol. Do not drive or operate machinery after taking melatonin or whenever you feel drowsy. Stop valerian at least two weeks before planned surgery and inform your physician about all supplements you use. Stop use if an allergic reaction occurs. Do not exceed the recommended daily doses or take a double dose to compensate for a missed intake. Do not use the bundle continuously for longer than 3 months without medical reassessment; your physician may recommend a shorter duration. Keep out of reach of young children.
