All prices on our Website are displayed in Euros (€) and include Dutch VAT (BTW) where applicable. We reserve the right to change prices at any time, but changes will not affect orders already confirmed.

• We do not warrant that product descriptions or other content are entirely error-free
• In the event of a pricing error, we reserve the right to cancel and refund the order before it has been dispatched
• Product availability is not guaranteed and may change without notice

6. Orders and Order Confirmation

By placing an order through our webshop, you make a binding offer to purchase the selected products. An order is completed in the following steps:

• Add products to your shopping cart
• Proceed to checkout and fill in your personal and delivery details
• Select your payment method and complete payment
• Receive an order confirmation by email

The agreement between you and Weinsch is established at the moment we send you an order confirmation email. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, in which case we will refund any payment made in full.

7. Payment

We accept the payment methods displayed at checkout. All payments are processed securely. By submitting an order, you confirm that:

• You are authorized to use the selected payment method
• The payment information provided is accurate and complete

In the event of non-payment or a failed transaction, we reserve the right to suspend or cancel the order.

8. Shipping and Delivery

We aim to dispatch orders within the timeframe stated on the product page or at checkout. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. We are not liable for delays caused by third-party carriers, customs, or circumstances beyond our control.

• Shipping costs are displayed at checkout before you confirm your order
• Risk of loss and title to products passes to you upon delivery
• If a package is lost or damaged in transit, please contact us as soon as possible so we can investigate

9. Right of Withdrawal (Herroepingsrecht)

In accordance with Dutch and EU consumer law (Wet koop op afstand / Consumer Rights Directive 2011/83/EU), you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 calendar days of receiving your order, without giving any reason.

Exceptions: The right of withdrawal does not apply to:
– Sealed products that have been opened and are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons
– Products that are clearly personalised or custom-made

How to exercise your right of withdrawal:

– Return the product(s) to us within 14 days of your withdrawal notification
– Products must be returned in their original, undamaged, and unopened condition where applicable

We will refund the full purchase amount, including standard delivery costs, within 14 days of receiving your withdrawal notification or the returned goods, whichever comes first. We use the same payment method you used for the original transaction unless you explicitly agree otherwise.
Return shipping costs are at your own expense unless the product is defective or incorrectly delivered.

10. Returns and Refunds

If you receive a product that is defective, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us within 14 days of delivery at [email protected]. We will offer a replacement, repair, or full refund as appropriate in accordance with Dutch consumer law.
Refunds will be processed within 14 days of us receiving the returned item and confirming its condition.
