History

The Weinsch Quiet Soul Extra Strong is based on the classic Chinese herbal formula Wen Dan Tang, first recorded during the Song dynasty (about 900 years ago). It was created to treat conditions caused by phlegm and digestive imbalance, especially when they affected the mind and emotions.

Traditionally used for people who were anxious, restless, or dizzy with an upset stomach, it became a popular remedy for treating the connection between the gut and the nervous system. Today, it’s still widely used for nausea, reflux, emotional stress, brain fog, and phlegm-related discomfort.
