Dang Gui(Angelica Sinensis) is often called “Women’s Ginseng” in the West. It is probably the most well-known herb for supporting the female cycle. What makes this herb unique is its dual action.
The Double Function
In TCM, blood must not only be present in sufficient quantities (quality), but it must also flow well (circulation).
